Terrible service, they advertise mail will be uploaded in 24-72 hours, but it takes them over a week to get anything uploaded. Dont offer a service if you cant provide it.

"would be so easy…"
would be so easy to have an automated shred after 30 days. Instead, you 1. have to risk having your mail shredded instantly or 2. have to risk not shredding prior to 30 days and getting charged. Extreme designs like this are clearly made to maximize fee incursion. No other word than predatory!
I wish I checked trustpilot before locking myself into two mailboxes with this parasite of a company.

I would not recommend this company. They have a lot of hidden fees. They have their way of trapping you in. Do your research.

"Price Gouging AF"
Earth Class Mail (Aug 1 2023) just sent me 30 days notice of a 33% increase in base pricing (so now $39 instead of $29).
PLUS they changed that plan from 10 letters to 5 letters, and so if you get 8 letters a month, I think the actual price increase (now paying per letter over 5) is closer to 50% in the real world.
All on 30 days notice.
Is that who you want to do business with?
It looks to me like they've adopted the Public Storage model of gouging. One can only imagine they will keep doing raising prices (just like Public Storage), hoping we all are frogs in boiling water.
I haven't comparison shopped yet, so maybe this is the norm out there, but I plan to vote with my feet and find a better service.

I would give zero stars if possible. They are rude, price gouging and do not care about your mail or your business. Since July I have spoken with one person to be told sorry. They did not look into where all mail went, nor did they care. But they sure want that money from you, furious. Never again

"Grossly Incompetent"
Earth Class Mail is one of the most incompetent businesses I have ever worked with. Not only will they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING, Earth Class Mail has actively denied my shipments, and has lost valuable documents and packages, with no effort on their part to investigate. I was willing to pay premium prices for what was sold as premium services, but my experience has been the complete opposite. It takes several days for responses, even in seriously escalated situations, and their UI is such that if you send messages via the app, they are not registered. It takes multiple attempts to even get a response, and when you do, customer service is rude and unhelpful, particularly Ashley T. DO NOT use this service if you care about your mail.

"Can’t cancel"
I started the service in December 2021, and realized it was not for me. I cancelled the service, did a change of address with post office so they could stop forwarding my mail.
Here it is 6 months later, and Earthclass is still billing me. I think it’s a great idea, but getting out if it, is impossible. For example, they hav processed images of mail, that has been marked by the post office, it says “you are not allowed to process this mail piece”. They even processed a standard piece of mail, it’s not fowardable.
Just use this if you never intend to move some place else.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my entire life. Every single customer service issue is handled in the worst possible way, they question anything you do, and they are the absolute masters of surprise billing. Avoid, avoid avoid!
