"Still no deposit return, 6 weeks later."

I am having great difficulty receiving my full deposit back. It has been around 6 weeks, and I have reminded them around 5 times that I haven't received my deposit.
I cancelled my order due to delays, and misinformation on the product/service I thought I would be receiving.

Update - coincidentally, a couple of hours after this review, I receive full my full refund.
They have advised me they had incurred charges from HIES, that should have been passed across to me. They forget that in the contract it states that any delay of product that was not my fault, I am entitled to a full refund.

Happy I have now received my full refund back.

The whole process from the initial enquiry, to ordering and installation was very easy. They always answered the phone quickly and called back when promised.
The installation would have been complete in one day but they needed to order different brackets due to the type of tiles fitted to our property, but even with this delay was complete in the same working week. A very helpful and caring installation team

Great company, very helpful and responsive. Went from initial quote to having solar panels, inverter and battery fitted within 4 weeks, all timings were met from scaffolding (installation and removal) through to fitting. A few little snags were dealt with quickly, efficiently and courteously as were any queries I had. Post-fitting care has been similarly impressive. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a solar PV and home battery system through Pivotal, and they provided a great service from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process and worked hard to secure equipment and installation appointments at a time when both were difficult to come by. The team were able to answer questions when I had them and use a very efficient electrical installation team that did a good job on the day. Overall very happy with the service, and would recommend them if you're looking at solar panels.
