Unbelievable just how unprofessional this company has been. Nothing but problems.

"Poor customer service and bad management"

We were a new company looking for a CRM that was easy to use and had features such as SMS messaging and outlook integration.

The first week was ok and then all the problems started happening. We ended up leaving after 6 months to go to Bullhorn which is superb and only costs a bit more.

We were also very disappointed, in the way in which we were treated when we decided to leave by the manager of the company.

Also we had no confirmation that our data had been fully deleted. As a recruitment company this is very worrying.

Please, please stay clear!!

"Dont trust them"

very bad experience with payment and support.My accountant executed transfer twice by mistake and after letters and calls to Darwin CEO and there support we dint receive money back. They sell recruitment software that handled personal data you can just imagine what is going with that data. I will not recommend this company
