"Hochwertig und super praktisch"

Das ganze Produkt ist sehr gut durchdacht, hochwertig verarbeitet und extrem praktisch in meinem Alltag. Ob im Büro, auf Reisen oder zu Hause, passt immer. Ich bin sehr begeistert und kann das Notizbuch nur empfehlen. Es ist auch einfach ein Hingucker.

This is the perfect tool (and gift!) for anyone who wishes they could bring a pen and paper with them wherever they go, but don't want to juggle a notepad and pencils. My Rollgut has gone with me to ballroom dance competitions, camping trips and nature walks, coffee shops, road trip hotels...you name it.

For full disclosure: I followed the original Kickstarter, and 4 years later I had the rare chance to buy one of the few available (long before this Etsy shop opened). The owner did NOT ask me to write a review, did NOT give me a discount (alas), and they don't know I am writing this review. I'm writing this because I think it's a truly amazing product and I'm super excited to see this passion project finally come to life on Etsy!

I purchased 2x Rollguts in 2021, and couldn't be happier with them two years later (Dec '23). They are as well-made and sturdy as they look. It's not a product you have to keep replacing time and again.

I generally carry around 10-15 sheets of 120gsm A5 paper at any given time. It fits in my pocket easily, and I've never had problems getting it into a full backpack or messenger bag. Often I can just lay it on top of everything else and close the satchel. It would not take up much space at all in a purse, either.

It fits my favorite pens, and there's room for erasers and paperclips even when carrying two pencils.

Opening and closing the Rollgut is an experience you must have for yourself: it's delightful. It's become something of a ritual for me and helps me ground myself in the moment. It's easy to work the release button to feed and remove paper.

Keep in mind that this wraps the paper around the core - so kindly remember that the laws of physics do still apply, and the paper will curl a bit. Especially if you leave the pages in there for a while. ;)

I can't recommend it highly enough. It's one-of-a-kind and worth every penny.

Es gibt also noch Manufakturen, die es schaffen, ein Produkt zu denken das wirklich "Nachhaltig" ist. Irgend wie passt es nicht in unsere Plastikgesellschaft und macht es deswegen besonders. Ich hoffe Ihr habt noch mehr Ideen und werde auf Euch aufmerksam machen.

Eine toll durchdachte Lösung für Notizen unterwegs.
Anfangs war ich skeptisch weil ich dachte, dass das gerollte Papier beim Schreiben/Zeichnen stören könnte, aber das ist nicht der Fall. Es lässt sich super leicht wieder glätten.
Außerdem gibt es unten noch eine Lasche, in die man das Papier einklemmen kann, damit es beim Zeichnen komplett flach bleibt.
Ergo: Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Qualität ist top und die Farben (Holz und Wrap) sind auch wie auf den Bildern.

"Hochwertiger Alltagsbegleiter"

Wer wie ich weniger in der Notiz-App am Handy hängen möchte und sich etwas Entschleunigung im Alltag mit analogem Schreiben wünscht, wird hier fündig. Das Rollgut wirkt optisch wie haptisch sehr hochwertig (kein billiges Plastik, tolles veganes 'Leder', das nach einiger Nutzung angenehm weicher wird). Praktischer Alltagsbegleiter, beim Tasche/Rucksackwechsel einfach mit umpacken und man hat alles an einem Ort (Schreibutensilien natürlich, aber auch Haarspangen, Lippenstift, Kleinkram...). Zudem ist der Kontakt sehr persönlich, dem Anbieter liegt das Produkt und seine Langlebigkeit am Herzen. Reparierbar ist es auch, heutzutage ja eher selten, toll! Auch als besonderes Geschenk eine schöne Sache.

"Tolles Tool mit pfiffigen Details"

Wer nicht nur zuhause/bei der Arbeit sondern auch unterwegs gern schnell Ideen, Gedanken, Memos notieren, oder einfach mal kurz etwas skizzieren möchte, wird in Rollgut ein echt cooles, analoges Tool finden… ist einfach mal etwas völlig anderes als die digitalen Gadgets die es heute an jeder Ecke gibt.
Mir gefällt die Grundidee der analogen Version einer Schreib- / Zeichnen/Memo-App 😎👍
Außerdem wurde das Konzept gut durchdacht ( integrierte Stiftablage mit Magnet für z.B Büroklammern etc) und vor allem die nachhaltigen Materialien.
Hier ist nix aus Plastik, sondern aus nachhaltigen Materialien (z.B. Holz).
Ich finds super, nutze es gern und häufig und kann es daher jedem der sich für sowas interessiert nur empfehlen 👍👍👍
