"They refuse to give you your pac code…"

They refuse to give you your pac code when trying to leave. I requested it nearly 2 years ago still haven’t received it. The case is still on going but now they have blocked my phones from having a SIM card in which now means I have to get a new phone, I’m fuming this company is not trustworthy
