I ordered a HF4you sterling white faux leather 4ft 6 bed stead before 09:00 am on the Thursday and it arrived just before 18:00 on the Friday.
The delivery driver was polite and helpful. My frame was packed well, so no damage and was easy to put together.
The bed head and foot rest are beautiful, looking better in reality than on line.
I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
One small issue (this was stated before I ordered the bed and again with a confirmation call) there is no time slot for the delivery and I didn't receive a call from the driver to say he would be with me within the hour, however this was a small price to pay for my gorgeous bed and not worth taking a star off for. Very happy customer.

"Bad service, wrong product, so stressful!"
I called hf4u to ask double check that I would receive my order the next day because I was arranging with the council to have my old bed collected that day and didn't want to be caught out. They replied with a "yes" and told me to just place my order and someone will be in contact to arrange delivery. So I placed my order a white bed frame, high footend (extra money) with distressed antique pine accent colours (£35 extra). I then waited for their call which never came. As I needed the bed the next day I called the customer help line myself to arrange delivery. And was finally confirmed that it would arrive by courier the next day.
When the courier arrived he gave me 3 boxes, one soaking wet and asked me to sign. Knowing I needed the bed that day I signed and took the parcels in. I immediately unpacked the boxes, the wet one ripped right open because the cardboard was soggy. To my dismay there were no instructions and I realised on the boxes it said 1 out of 4, to 3 out of 4... But no 4 out of 4?! I then immediately called Hf4u and asked why I had only been given half of my bed! To which they replied "oh it must have been split at the depo, that's nothing to do with us". I told them with wasn't good enough, she in told next day delivery I expect the whole order! They were rude and unhelpful from this point on, apart from one female colleague to attempted to help me, saying she would try and get in contact with the courier, and call me back. I kept calling back myself but nothing happened.
So i slept in the floor
The next day the remaining part of my bed came and low and behold it was the wrong colour!!!!
It was Friday. I couldn't be bothered to return the whole lot, which is what i was told to do by customer services and get a replacement, but I just couldn't wait another week for a series of wrong deliveries. So I have a bad quality, wrong coloured bed now which cost me £155.
I will not be using this company again nor recommending it to anyone.

I have used this company a few times as their prices are very reasonable and they phone you to let u know when & time of ur delivery what day and on the day the driver will call you to tell u he is on his way to deliver ur item about 30 mins for ur conveinance Jo

Bought a bed back in June, lifted the gas lift storage bed after just over 6 months of use and the whole side of the bed has broken along with the metal base making the bed completely unuseable! I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and have nowhere to sleep, have been promised new parts for over 2 weeks and still not arrived!!! First they were apparently sent to the wrong postcode then re-routed to be delivered by Monday, then Wednesday then Friday! Still nothing!!! Funny how they can't provide a tracking number either!!! Appalling service!!! Will be contacting trading standards and hopefully get this joke of a place shut down!!!
UPDATE:
After contacting the manufacturer myself, 3 weeks later I now have replacement bed parts, except one part is missing and the other parts have been sent in a double size instead of king size!!!! Have emailed homefurnishingsuk again and they replied (eventually) with a tracking link to the parcel already delivered, they clearly didn't read my previous email!! I have now had my baby by emergency Caesarian section and still have nowhere to sleep so have had to purchase a new one on my credit card as I have no money to buy one!! Have asked for a partial refund to help put towards this but still no response - surprise surprise! Really really disappointed in your lack of help & support!!!

"bed base"
I contacted homefurnishingsuk recently with concern about a bed base I had purchased from them last year.My e-mail was answered within miniutes asking me to provide pictures of the fault which I duly did. once again I was e-mailed back promptly with just a question to answer.They have now agreed to replace the bed base and have even sent me packaging to apply.This company have been excellent to deal with especially Collette. I would have no reservations buying from them again.

This is without doubt the most incompetent, lying, rude and unprofessional company I have had the misfortune to deal with. I have a mail chain of over 70 mails, maybe 20 calls and it took me going direct to the manufacturer to get the problem resolved after 8 weeks.
Just DONT use them. I have had to involve trading standards and looking at the other reviews I am not the only one. I can't believe they get away with it. I would name the people directly but they will only remove the names. They should all be fired and the company closed down.
