I ordered a couple of Barbour shorts from their online store as they were sold out almost everywhere and on a good discount here. My order was delivered on time and the products were brand new and genuine as expected. I would order from this store again.

Ordered a Barbour jacked. They checked and it turns out their stock record was wrong and they couldn’t find it. Waste of time and I haven’t received refund yet.

Complaining is GOOD
I’m irate. As others have said they deduct a postage fee from a refund. I paid for the return postage.
They don’t understand the consumer contract regulations!!!!
I feel ripped off and it’s not even for a huge amount. In fact it was only £3.95. I have emailed them so will wait and see what they say. They don’t respond on here anyway.
Will end up at my bank for reimbursement I’m sure. And yes I will go to my bank for £3.95 as I hate being ripped off!
Reading reviews on here it seems they do this a lot! Maybe they do this and get away with it!

"Commend don't complain"
People are quick to complain but seldom as quick to commend. I have been a Stuarts customer for many years and for the very first time, recently, had an issue with a return - no problem at all, these things happen and it was my fault. But I have to say that, having called and spoke to Rai, the response and service was next level - everything was sorted within 24 hours and, frankly, I could not have been more impressed or happy. Give the boy a pay rise!

Order a jumper , which arrived super fast unfortunately it didn't fit so contacted company about an exchange, this was dealt with extremely quick and recieved the exchange in a couple of days . Great company to deal with and will definitely be using again. Dean .

Tried to order jeans, got to the payment stage and was told all of a sudden they were now out of stock. Could've bought them elsewhere before and they are now out of stock on other sites! Thanks a bunch
