Excellent gift and great service 5 stars. Downside is they play games with pricing and limited discounts 1 star. For this reason I don’t see myself buying another one again. So one and done, find the right cost that is fair to customers and allows you to make a good living and you will get more repeat customers. This would be my go to wedding gift of not for the pricing irregularities. Employee at the mall was awesome. No high pressure and follow through on rush delivery.

After that I returned home to find the perfect photo of my daughter's beloved pets for a birthday gift. One of the pets had passed, and the quality was so good that my daughter recognized them immediately and couldn't hold back the tears.

Fed ex lost my package and I contacted 3D innovations about it! A employee by the name of Lisa followed up and sent me out a new keychain within a day or two! I’m so happy I received it! It’s beautiful and I’m forever grateful that they took time to understand and fix the problem!! I’ve ordered numerous of times and never experienced that but I’m glad they took care of me in the end!
