I bought a pair of Jeans from Stuarts where instructions where to wear for at least 6 months prior to washing. I then followed manufacturer’s instructions but jeans shrunk much more than expected. Stuarts accepted return and provided a credit note to value of jeans (my choice) after all those months. Good service.

Not impressed by the website and attempting to buy anything was so frustrating. Discounts are not valid on any purchases plus every time I go to checkout it freezes and kicks me out. On a positive some amazing threads...just can't buy the damn things...sorry chaps but I've given up...

They attempted to pawn me off with a t-shirt than had been clearly worn and potentially put in the washing machine. It smelt like sweat and washing detergent. I was outraged. They agreed to replace and sent me a free postage label. The new tee arrived today and was new. Wouldn’t buy from them again. Massive inconvenience.
