"Great start, but it feels like BUX has plateaued"

I had very positive impressions from BUX when I first started using it a few years ago, with a modern, fresh take on investing. Since then, they have greatly expanded their offering, but it feels like in recent times, the pace of development has slowed considerably. There are a few main things I'd love to see change for the better:
- it's impossible to change an email account - the solution offered by support was to create a new one, sell my holdings, and then buy them in my new account. It's 2024, and it seems to me that this should be a self-service feature.
- there is a strong reliance on phone numbers - this is very concerning from a security standpoint (SIM swapping), especially considering the widespread availability of technologies such as passkeys.
- the fact that I cannot transfer my portfolio from BUX, even though I can transfer to BUX. In short, this is not how a company confident in their offering and their ability to compete in the market behaves.
- it seems like the geographic expansion has practically stopped - I'd love to be able for friends of mine in other countries to have the possibility of using BUX.

I think that the potential is there, but BUX needs to keep investing in growing their offering and being tech-forward. Otherwise, it risks becoming a yet another financial service stuck in the past.

Behalve de aanlokkelijke transactie fee, die uniek is, zijn er nog wat aanpassingen nodig. Kan er bv. geen aan of verkoop bedrag geplaatst worden voor de officiële start vd Beurs. En kan er antwoord volgen op een aanvraag voor een aandeel, zowel positief als negatief.

Nice design and UX, easy to use and clear.
The interest rate is not the best and the amount of shares is not huge, but it is enough for the needs of a small investor. BUX pay taxes for you so this is a real plus!

"Duidelijke en stabiele app"

Duidelijke en stabiele app. Ik gebruik BUX met name vanwege de drie Zero Orders en het maandelijkse beleggingsplan. Erg eenvoudig in gebruik en daarnaast zijn er ook handige alerts in te stellen.

In combinatie met de onbeperkt gratis beleggingsplan orders is het ondanks de maandelijkse kosten toch de moeite waard. De klantenservice reageert erg snel en is top.

Wat ik wel een gemis vind is dat er nog steeds geen web/desktop versie van BUX beschikbaar is, het is niet zo dat ze nog maar net hun intrede op de markt hebben gedaan. Ik merk om mij heen dat veel mensen BUX niet 'serieus' nemen omdat het nog steeds enkel via de app te bedienen is. Ik ben zelf ook meer van het beleggen via de computer. Tegenwoordig kan dit overal ook veilig met 2FA, maar helaas nog niet bij BUX.

Ook is het jammer dat US-aandelen uitgezonderd zijn van de Zero Orders, dit is wel te omzeilen door deze orders te plannen als beleggingsplan order.
