"Terrible experience"

“I don’t imagine you could have any worse experience with a company. I hired Logodezk to build me a website in October 2020. I worked with 5 designers who would make marginal progress and then disappear. Only when I reached out to the company myself was another designer assigned. I gave up after 14 months and accepted that I was ripped off. Several months later I decided to contact them and give them the opportunity to deliver the website I paid for. I had to pay another $200 activation fee because my account had gone in-active. Again the advisor vanished. I called again and another advisor took on my website nearly completed it and then started discussing the subject of web hosting. As you can imagine I had no interest in signing with Logodezk for hosting after my experience with them over the past years. It was here that they informed me that my website, a simple website with no internal database, could only be uploaded on a dedicated host server because the files are too heavy and if I wanted the back up files that would be an additional cost. What a scam.
