Adieu

"Exciting and educational"
Had booked a chocolate course and a visit to the museum with my son. Right from the start, when we approached the reception, we were welcomed and given good information about the various things that were on site. The chocolate course itself was exciting and educational, but could have been longer, and with more opportunities to make your own chocolate. The museum visit was very exciting and gave a good insight into the history of chocolate and why it is called the "home of chocolate". A visit to lindt is highly recommended.

"LACK OF HYGIENE AT FACTORY"
LACK OF HYGIENE AT FACTORY
My wife's favourite chocolates for years, but just now found a human large hair inside an actual chocolate, which shows a lack of hygiene standards and wonder if others have had a similar experience.
I tried to ring the company to give the details, but no one answers and just says to leave a message!
I see many people here experiencing poor customer experience. BATCH NUMBER L358301

"The staff are not helpful and don't…"
The staff are not helpful and don't want to do anything.
I bought two tickets for the chocolate museum and the chocolate course as a wedding present.
Both of my guest's were there but unfortunately only one could get into the course because the tickets were with the "same number" even though I had both two tickets.
After I explained to them that I had requested the tickets by email and sent them the tickets as proof as well as a photo of my guest, they just looked for an excuse that they didn't have a guest that day.
I asked them to look at the camera but they didn't respond.
Shame on you

"Fraudulent business activity"
Fraudulent business activity
The large lindt slabs have been surreptitiously reduced in weight from 345g to 300g by reducing the thickness but keeping the length and breadth dimensions the same.
Thus it is not readily apparent that the customer has been ripped off.
Worst of all the reduced slab thickness has ruined the mouth appeal and the joy in the eating.
You would think a professional chocolateer would know this.
This is a case of the accountants ruining a business by fraud.

"Website made by a chocolatier"
After 6 days the disappointment has arrived.
The invoice was included for the recipient as you cannot insert an invoice address outside CH. No birthday card, tracking code doesn't work. I think your website is also melting like the chocolate inside the box.
