Really went through a rough time constantly losing got into a grand of debt playing roulette then my luck changed and i have now been on a run of wins. Sadly i will be gambling less as it became a bit of a problem for me and i was addicted. I think sky casino is a great website with great games to play as long as you gamble responsibly. "dubious software update"
Sky casino recently went down for maintenance and a software update. I have been playing Blackjack quite a lot and if you stick to the sensible rules about when to take cards or double it works well. However, after the recent 'maintenance' I have gone thru £500 with barely a win. Dealer gets a ten almost every time and giving me 13, 14 or 15. on the few occasions I get BJ the dealer pulls it out for a stand. I don't mind losing and don't expect to win but I DO expect a game for my money. If you have some spare cash give it to charity. This is a waste of time. Sky casino I know you will now post a reply telling me to email customer service and check the RTP ratio etc etc but what good is that really going to do? my money is gone and its left a sour taste with me no longer trusting your site which is a shame. Plenty of others so I'm gone.
Update in reply to Skycasinos reply. I did email customer care and with no investigation was told RTP normal and it is just luck that out of X amount of customers some win some don't. Which does not explain the constant stream of losses, dealer getting BJ three times on trot or pulling 21 from a 5 or a 6 more times than is credible.
