I have known and purchased items in well lingerie site since 2018 and the experience has always been great, I am surprised with the high number of bad reviews, I still would recommend to give this company a chance, their products and prices are really good, the issue sometimes could be the delivery times but that’s out of their control directly and by the end it’s worth it 🤷♀️

"Horrible"
I placed my order in March, received my package in May, due to them not having a specific item I wanted. So I had to change my order around. The package finally comes in and half of my order was missing, I emailed them, letting the know my issue and they said a refund will be issued, after they speak to the warehouse people. They finally contact me telling me what they would give me a refund for and is less, than what they’re supposed to be refunding! Super horrible! The quality was great but it’s too much to deal with.

Chileeeee let’s talk about this horrible company. I placed my order in January before they went on vacation because the site stated if you order before a certain date they will send it. So I’m waiting and waiting and nothing has shipped so I email 2 days after they come back from “holiday” they have no customer service number just an email and it takes days to even receive a response. The package came a month later and pieces were missing so I emailed about they they said a refund will be issued lol I’m guessing in a month as well. The pieces were actually good quality I just hate I had to go through all of this. But I do not recommend.

This the worst of worst when it comes to customer service, and a bunch of liar's ... you pay for your orders and you never get what you pay for and forget about your refund that's a joke. I wish they were in the U.S. I'd get by refund and or the product we ordered. unless your really stupid don't waste time with this company ever...

"Terrible Company and Poor Customer Service"
This is a terrible company with the worst customer service. I purchased a site from them on 10/1 and have not been able to set up my site. I have emailed tech support, sales, and message the site. I even message their sister site Wella Intimates to try and get help and at least they responded and gave me a email, to try and help, however I still have gotten no help. I have requested my monies back as I paid for a three month trial. I also found out from my bank that they charged my account 6x. I sent proof of this in a email and have requested that money back as well. with no response. DO NOT USE THIS SITE for your ecommerce, as they are not trustworthy and have poor customer service.

"WORST EVER! Wella intimate…"
I ordered items from Wella intimate lingerie, which is very cheap and attractive to the eye. the Items took 1 months to arrive while I paid $40 for fast delivery " unbelievable ! When the items finally came, some of them really look nice. however, the quality looks really really cheap and not resistant. One lingerie even broke while I was trying it. plus, the customer services is the worst ever in my life. Absolutely, No communication, not to even let you know that they have shipped your order.

I have been waiting for a refund for two weeks on an order that was cancelled as well as I didn’t receive any goods. So no goods or my money back and the company aren’t responding to me or my bank. This is unprofessional and I suggest don’t order from them.

"This was not a good experience for me…"
This was not a good experience for me because they give you information in peices it took me forever to set up my store. When people visit and try to buy anything the site won't let them go forward without creating an account and once you do there is no way to change your password if you forget it. Now no one can purchase anything from my site and Turnkeymaster.com isn't answering my emails so I'm stuck out of a year subscription.
I feel scammed.

"The products they sell to you the…"
The products they sell to you the retailer, are to expensive to make a profit on. As suppliers they don’t sell at supplier costs. Seems like they make the bulk of the profits, while you take the risks with marketing. When they lower their costs, then maybe I’ll consider setting up an online store with them.
