On May 5th, 2021 The CEO Barry Silbert announced he was shorting dogecoin and advised all holders of Doge to sell and buy Bitcoin. How could he short, since he lives in the US? It’s not legal for him to do that.

This company should be held accountable for using off shore loopholes while taking money away from the regular investor. Such a lack of humanity in one instance, who is holding him accountable?
