i bought a sofa had it delivered 30th nov 21...told them theres a fault not covered get someone else to look at it n state its a fault.disgusting every new suite as at leat 1yr guarntee

"Well where do I start"
Well where do I start. I would avoid at all costs. I originally received my Verona corner sofa the end of march last year after going through snap finance. received the delivery(single woman), they rushed to get the sofa in place leaving all the rubbish on my patio and asked me to sit on it to make sure it was comfy which I felt inclined as the delivery men were loitering over me and shoved the paperwork at me telling me to leave a good comment about them. I stupidly did. After they had left i noticed all the 3 sections didn't match up and then a week later one of the end seat cushions sank. I emailed them within 30 days but was only given the option of a home serve repairs visit which i accepted as i did not know i could of had a refund. I never got the phone call only an email which i tried to ring them to book an appointment but couldn't get through. I refuse to pay anymore towards the finance and am going to trading standards as they now refuse to deal with my complaint telling me to get home serve repairs to do an inspection which will cost me £150. I've paid enough for a corner sofa that i can only sit on in the middle now. Even though this comes under the sale of goods legislation - Satisfactory quality, as described, fit for purpose and last a reasonable length of time.
Not once did Home serve repairs send me a letter out and i had 1 phone call then they closed my account as even though i had sent photos of the seats they said i must of been satisfied with the product.

"Bishop Ushaped Sofa"
My new bishop u shaped sofa arrived yesterday and im in love with it! Everything was brilliant from choosing it in store , ordering and the delivery. The delivery men ivan and amir were great they called before delivery and they set it all up , i have no complaints what so ever. Highly recommend RJF furnishings and will definately be using them again. Very happy customer 😁

Block you on everything if you make a complaint 3 separate couches and not one was the correct one ....ordered a corner sofa got three different three piece suites with free chair .....yay........took three weeks to finally get them to remove their crap from my home......AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE SHODDY WORKMANSHIP AND SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
