"Bad after service"

Bad after service, fitted Roughly 30 impey radiate shower trays, wanted a replacement waste to be told they won't sell it separately and offer me a replacement whats different and won't work, never again avoid

"Impey Slimfold Shower Seat"

I use a wheelchair and purchased a disability Impey Slimfold shower seat. However, the seat is not fit for purpose. The arms seem designed to act as levers pulling the seat out of the hooks that support it. Putting any weight on the arms caused the top part of the seat to be levered off the wall, as a result, I can't safely use the arms to transfer to and from the seat and am thus unable to use the shower.

I did ask Impey if they would guarantee that it is safe to use the arms to transfer to and from the seat but got no response.

We use Impey products on all our installations. As an adaptations contractor product reliability and customer service is extremely important to us. The product quality is 100%. Another great British manufacturer A+++

"poor tanking system"

Impey Linear 2 tray system is excellent. The 5m2 membrane tanking system is sub-standard and I would not recommend you buy this product. Poor adhesion of corners and difficult to apply membrane. Buy the tray but go elsewhere for the tanking.
Purchased from TradeWet Rooms - they refused a return based on 30 days - took me longer than that to get plumber/tiler, so when we opened box it was already too late. Poor customer service response

"Zero customer service"

Zero customer service. We've been chasing them for months, asking them for help but they've been terrible to deal with offering us zero assistance. We've had a leaking shower and despite numerous calls and new pieces being sent to us, we now found out it was a simple issue of just turning a piece around. If they'd been paying attention that should have been the first question to ask us. The products are good, just don't expect any aftercare.
