"Never buy from Kazoodles"
If you want to order an item that is advertised on their site that they do not have then this is the place. To make matters worse, they send you an email to contact them to order another product or request for a refund, however, the email they provide does not work & the phone number listed on their website goes right to voice mail. Do not expect a return call…it never happens. Had to dispute the charge for an item they never sent. In addition, Kazoodles advertises this item on eBay where is states they have 10 in stock…in the same size and color. Stay away from Kazoodles.

First time customer called before working hours and the owner maid adjustments to have a same day grooming service for my toy poodle. Upon pick up a was very pleased with the results. I would definitely return happy that it's also close to my home

My son treated our cockapoo puppy to a grooming appointment at Kazoodles. Wonderful experience. Hoda was our groomer and she was terrific. She listened to what we did not want and completely understood the look we desired. When I picked up Hoppy she was cute and fluffy and beautifully coiffed...not "bald" and not "over the top" Highly recommend Kazoodles and will definitely return.

First time customer. Made an appt. Paid for service. I thought I would receive a receipt of what was done, shampoo, cut etc. Picked up my dog, I had to introduce myself, once again no information provided about service. I saw that he was cut. Had to ask her name . I Left the collar by mistake. Since leashes and collars weren't separated, no one could contact customers I guess. I was rushing to get back to work so my fault. Just used to more professional and friendly service. Went back to get the collar, wasn't there. No apology or anything, just couldn't find it smh. No offer to replace the collar. Nothing smh

I ordered a snood on their website and after several days I received a refund with no explanation, no email so I have no idea what is going on. I emailed them and still have not received a reply.
