"Too much hassle and poor communication"
Needed a new cycling bag and decided to order it from Velorution as they had it in stock and thought I'd get it quickly. The booking confirmation was blank, so I called Velorution the next day to check if my order had gone through. The person in the other end clearly couldn't find my order, ended up writing down my details and said they'd call back shortly. Didn't hear back from them so I went to visit the shop. I was told their system was down and that they weren't able to track the order. If you've got issues with your website, let the customers know about it. Eventually I got two different emails confirming the order was there but no mention of when it would arrive. I had requested collection from the shop as I won't be home during the day, but then a few days later started getting emails from a delivery company saying they'll deliver it to my home address. I got it eventually but won't be shopping with Velorution anytime soon. It would be nice to support smaller cycling shops, but if it's this much effort I'd rather go somewhere else.

I recently purchased a fold-up bike from Velorution. The bike arrived very quickly and the representatives i dealt with were very helpful with keeping me updated on delivery times and any questions I had. I would buy from Velorution again.

The staff were very helpful indeed. It was great to ride round the block on bikes I was interested in. I paid for carriage and the bike was properly parcelled so that it arrived undamaged. Great choice of bikes and great service. I have no complaints.

Very impressed with Velorution.
A good range of Chrome Industries gear, which is hard to come by in the UK. Prices are good and customer service spot-on - they just processed a couple of returns for me, super-fast.
Would go straight to Velorution for similar gear in the future. Recommended!

Went to Velorution as they sell Alfine hub bikes.Payed over £40 for a repair that lasted less than 3 weeks.After going back twice no-one has called back as promised to arrange another service.
They are no better than the big store that sell BMC,who also cannot deal with Alfine hub problems.
