Having problems with my vanquis claim.
They do not seem very well organised as they seem to have lost the bank statements I sent them and have also asked me to read and sign online forms on three occasions (likely the same forms each time).
Today I need to have said bank statements sent to me from the bank at my expense for a second time.
I wish I had never bothered.
Update,..... just phoned them and they said they had the statements and they had given them to the ombudsman and told me to ignore the letter sent to me, do these people know what they are doing?

I have had an ongoing claim with Pearson Locke law against vanquis since September 23.
In August 24, I was advised by the service that my claim had been upheld by the financial ombudsman and that both my vanquis claims had been upheld. Despite multiple conversations though September and October 24, I am not further forward.
I received a letter directly from vanquis in October 24, detailing my refund. I have since sent this onto Sarah Gregory and the central inbox with no further communication. I don’t know where I stand and this is very concerning.

This firms behaviour needs to be investigated. They took on a case for me against Vanquis and lied to Vanquis potentially affecting my credit rating. When I tried to cancel my claim (due to their dishonesty) they billed me 250 pounds. Stay clear at all costs and do not use them for a Vanquis claim.

"Final Notice to pay"
I received a letter in July 2024 to pay £250.00 within 7 days. When speaking to vanquis they said no work had been carried out nor received by Pearson Locke Ltd. I tried to call on a number of occasions but have been unsuccessful. I sent an email with a letter attached highlighting several concerns on 16th July 2024. No response received. I received a email today titled 'Final Notice'. I tried to call again and was unsuccessful, followed up with another email forwarding the existing email that no work was carried out nor evidence supplied to showcase the work the firm had done to justify this. I therefore will not be engaging any further due to the legitimacy of the firm, the abrasive and bullish behaviour with the firm not interested to respond to me to resolve this issue. It doesn't work one way Pearson Locke and if you're reading this I'd be happy for you to take me to a small claims court so we can resolve this matter.

I have had an ongoing Vanquis claim for about 2 years now , I have responded to emails with no replies , I have been informed they have tried to ring me but I have not received any calls , forms were sent out to me to be filled in , the first one said there was a prepaid envelope enclosed but there wasn't so had to pay expensive postage . No recognition of letters they received from me . Yesterday had a letter saying I needed bank statements to send them but I am not doing this as looking after my very unwell husband and just want to end the claim now and gave emailed them with this information . I am worried that I am now going to have to pay them for cancelling the claim as I cannot afford it .

"Disgusted with the service I have had"
Disgusted with the service I have had. I gave a bad review back in June, got a call from a manager who assured me all would be dealt with correctly from then on. He gave me a contact email address for Sarah Gregory. When I spoke and had email conversations with me she told me the claim would be submitted to the financial ombudsman on the 16th July and would take around 6 weeks for an update. I left it for 4 weeks then I emailed Sarah Gregory on a numerous of occasions with no reply. Called last Monday for an update, was told that I would hear a result by the end of the week and expecting good news. I called today and was told it was not even submitted until 30th August. Spoke to Sarah and she told me she doesn’t manage her emails so asked for her managers details and she refused. I am fed up with being told lies and incorrect information, how does this company even survive with this service.

A fake company and a scamming company. Keep emailing. Other people have been scammed by them. Will be reporting this company to the police and financial conduct authority.
