"I wouldn't use this company again"

I wouldn't use this company again. Took far too long for the order to arrive, over 4 weeks. Plus the added £15.00 import duties and the £8.00 Royal Mail handling fee made the perfume far more expensive than it should have been. The company should make the customer aware of the extra charges. That way an informed decision can be made before placing the order. Buyer beware.

Never received items, lied about delivery then when asked for refund they ignored me. Never had my money back.Should check reviews before purchasing anything from them.

J'ai fait une commande de 49€ et j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir un débit de 1.36€ en plus de la commande. J'ai posé la question par mail a topprice24 qui m'as répondu rapidement de me renseigné auprès de ma banque .
Effectivement des frais de banque sont effectués pour un achat a l'étranger.
Ils pourraient le signaler ,tout le monde ne le sait pas. Sinon commande un peu longue 15 jours environ.
Mais je recommande le site .

Commande de parfum passée le 18/02 sur le site.
Les délais de livraisons était annoncés entre 3 et 5 jours.
Le 22/02 je reçois un mail m’annonçant que ma commande était en cours de livraison et que j'allais prochainement recevoir un mail avec le numéro de suivi.
Le 1/03, pas nouvelle, je commence à m'inquiéter et regarde les avis sur le net...je prends un peu peur...
Le 2/03 la parfum était dans ma boite aux lettres!!! (le mail avec le numéro de suivi était dans mes indésirables)
Produit tout à fait conforme.
Les délais de livraison semblent un tout petit peu plus long que ceux annoncés sur le site mais ils sont tout à fait corrects (10 jours ouvrés pour économiser la moitié du prix du parfum, c'est honnête)

"Ordered perfume not realising it was…"

Ordered perfume not realising it was from Switzerland.
After 6 weeks i get royal mail card to say I owe £12.43 custom charge plus £8 royal mail fee.
I bought the perfume for £35 plus £7.50 postage and im not paying another £20.43 for perfume which is only £42 to buy anyway. I want a refund as didn't state till I paid it was Switzerland 😠😡

A company that keeps you well informed about the status of your order. I had to wait a bit more than usual, bit this was definitely worth it when we look at the prices of the products. I am satisfied with the service and the products from my order. Higly recommended.

Produit non conforme à ma commande. Bien sur pas de reprise ni remboursement car j'ai du ouvrir le produit pour me rendre compte de l'erreur.
Réponse du site très impolie et en plus il m'indique que la prochaine fois il faut regarder les codes barres et il n'y aura pas d'erreur! Alors que ma commande est correcte et c'est bien le site qui a commis l'erreur.
NE COMMANDEZ SURTOUT PAS SUR ce site vu leur mauvaise fois.

"Dreadful - avoid at all costs"

Ordered a Radar Gun for £103 with a 2-6 day delivery as it was a 'stock item' and got an order confirmation email and order number.

7 days later and no item and no contact. Messaged them using contact form saying if they could not supply then to cancel the order. Received a reply saying order cancelled and 2 days later they charged my card again.

Reported them to credit card company for fraud and they are investigating - hopefully they will withdraw their card facility,

The worst experience I've ever had online.

Since then, I bought the item from the US with delivery to the UK in 5 days.

*** Update***
After I told them it was illegal to retain my card details without my permission and was reporting them for fraud, they denied taking the payment twice and said they would like to see the evidence - bloody cheek. Well, the credit card company have just refunded £206 to my account - that is 2x £103 or BOTH PAYMENTS THEY TOOK, THE 2ND ONE 2 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS CANCELLED.

Trust Pilot: you need to change the rating system to allow a 0 star rating - 1 star is 1 too many for these people.
