I recently had solar panels installed at two properties by Start Solar, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I was quite happy when I first had my solar panels installed then after a short time I realised something was wrong. I wasn’t getting hot water at all so start solar sent out a man to fix it, the panels worked after that for a while then I noticed I was spending quite a lot more than I had expected to. They sent someone out again. This had happened a few times but the last time I complained they refused to send out anyone. I know for sure the panels aren’t doing what they should be doing ie saving me money on electricity. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to install panels for anyone else. Please go to a better firm to get your solar panels.
