"They took money out of my account"

They took money out of my account, despite having no communication with them on any level at any point. I do not know where they got my card details from. I reported it as a fraudulent payment via my bank, who cancelled my card immediately and are going to be refunding my money back.

They also charged me money twice, I wrote an e-mail to them and after about a week and a half they refunded me. You just have to register with them on the app to close the subscription

I'd of only given 1 star however after how fast there customer service team have handled the situation after me kicking right off at them over 19.95 getting taken. not sure where they got my card details from at the time all payment have been refunded and account closed all within 3 days. Upon asking where they got my details from they were sold them via a 3rd party website and due to credit history they are like advice team. I said clearscore is free and personally during these tough times IL rather get something for free than pay they understood and sent me on my way refunded 👌🏻

Charged me 19.95 three times this month! I certainly would not have knowingly authorized a paid subscription to such a website as there are many other providers offering these services for free. Dishonest. Scam. Avoid

I have had 3 x £19.95 taken from my account without my consent. Went to their website, it says I have an account with them but when I enter log in details they don't exist! I reset the password and it stil says you "must log in".

This is a scam and I wil chase them down and feed my fists to their mouths if they don't refund me!

Took £19.95 out of my account last night, checked my online banking this morning and taken another lot of £19.95. So they’ve taken nearly £40 off me without my knowledge. Absolutely livid and trying to get into contact with them is like getting blood from a stone. My bank have told me that I have to wait for contact off the company before they can do a charge back.
