Bought my first Gimoka from a local discount store and haven't bought from elsewhere since. I have recently received my second 6 kilo delivery of beans since October and cannot contemplate buying from any other suppliers. Where else can you buy a kilo of decent coffee for less than 2 cups on the High Street? Cannot speak for pods or ground and our delivery experience has been good.

I have been satisfied with the service to date. The last delivery was a mistake by them having sent the wrong item
Tried to phone 3 times just an answer phone, no call back. Emailed, no reply. I have had to go elsewhere for the pods.

Can't fault the coffee but same problem with Customer Service. I am still waiting a phone call updating me on my order, although it has since arrived 4 days after phone message left. I am also waiting a reply to my email sent 4 days ago. A simple question, are the plastic pods recyclable?

They did not send me an email regarding my up-and-coming order so I could not change it they just charged my card and send the order out why would you spend £5 on a kilo of coffee being sent to your address can't be trusted with your card details
Update it is now the 16th of April rang twice and I have sent two emails and haven't had a response taking the money off my card and I haven't received my order as yet which I don't want it a £5 delivery charge when you could buy 1 kilo of coffee for £6.50 which I didn't get the opportunity to add.it seems to me it's a bit like a delboy operation because when you ring it gets transferred to a mobile phone then disconnects.
So I'm going to have to get in touch with the card provider.
Update just received telephone call from Gimoka all issues have been resolved obviously the company take bad reviews very seriously so trustpilot does work . I'll will be placing another order in a couple of weeks it's very good coffee
