"Great customer service"

I got in touch with the team after one of my bikinis had started to lose its elasticity and colour. I have 4 others and none of these have done the same, so knew it was not due to how I was using/washing it. The team have offered me a new bikini of my choosing, which will be sent out free of charge.

I used to buy several cheap swimsuits each year for my holidays. I now treat myself to one Hunza G swimsuit each year. The cut, colours and quality are exceptional. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else now. Also the customer service is fabulous

"Excellent Customer Service "

I bought the beautiful Hunza G Square Neck swimsuit in blue last year. Unfortunately some of the stiches had come undone. I contacted Hunza G and Labeekah responded within 12 hours and agreed to replace the item free of charge for me. I am so pleased with the customer service and I will absolutely be buying from Hunza G again!

"A problem so well solved…"

I purchased the red swimsuit whilst in Dubai but it developed a fault.
I contacted Ruby at customer support and she has done so much to help me to gain a resolution. Difficult to pop back to the Emirates but Ruby stayed in touch and arranged for a replacement swim suit to be sent to me. I was told the contract was with the supplier but HUNZA could see this would cause me a problem and went all the way to arrange for me to get this replacement. Excellent customer contact team; Ruby was fantastic and very sincere and helpful.
A good team like this can turn a problem around quickly and leave customers extremely happy!! I would most certainly but again; very refreshing to see service like this. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service, dedicated to customer satisfaction. I had a fault with a bikini purchased in April and they immediately rectified by sending me out a replacement.

"My swimsuit has deteriorated after one…"

My swimsuit has deteriorated after one season of wear (a couple of times swimming) with the material breaking down, becoming discoloured and losing shape. I contacted HunzaG about this and because I bought it via Revolve, they said it’s nothing to do with them. I will be contacting Revolve but I’m expecting that they will (quite rightly) tell me I have to contact Hunza directly as it is an issue with the product, not the retailer. Terrible customer service and awful product. My £30 asos crinkle swimsuits have lasted much better.

"Poor quality but I love the fit "

I have bought 3 plus 2 children suits I experienced fading with the lime green and pink Childs bathing suit and also stitching loose.
I bought black, lilac and green. The black one I wore 3 times and then the elastic went. I followed instructions but find it hard the costume drying in sun ☀️ possibly this didn't help.

They fit well I just wish they lasted and were better quality.

I feel like I can only wear if I don't swim!!!

I love this company. Their swimwear is so beautiful and really well made. I live in Hawaii and so of course I wear my swimsuits all the time. I love the vibrant colors and the fit is amazing. I have had 4 kids so swimsuits are tricky for me. So happy I found this company. I will definitely be ordering more. Also their customer service was on point when I needed assistance.

"Most Comfortable and Flattering swimsuit I’ve ever owned"

Just recently started wearing Hunza G after seeing it everywhere.

I couldn’t decide what style to get but the Jean bandeau bikini was too cute! So comfy and secure it stayed on whole time I wore it even with my super small.
The Lilac specifically really suited my skin tone and made me feel confident.

Safe to say I will be buying every style in that colour💜
