I was regularly called by an executive "Rinky" of matrimonialsindia and she show me a huge confidence for finding my matching profile.After a small discussion I paid for gold membership. But after as I opened my profile to look out some suitable match, there was not even a single match. Today 5 days passed but I don't find any suitable profile. I decided to call that very executive again and again to ask but she stop picking up my phone.. highly disappointed.

I am from Canada. I would say that I felt cheated while dealing with this online company Matrimonialsindia.com.
I had uploaded my daughter’s profile on this site that claims free registration. Within minutes, I was contacted by company executive. The executive told that registration was free but I would get response only when I take their services. That was understandable. I agreed and paid the amount asked for. Now started chain of sequence that made me feel cheated. I was never told beforehand that I need to hire services of personalized executive. I was made to pay another amount for that. Some days later, I received another call stating that I can’t be expecting response because I had not subscribed to their Canadian site. This time I put my foot down and refused to further telling that I had hired services of personalized manager and it should be her job to suggest me match from Canada for which I had cleared my options at the very firsthand. When I had paid for two services, I was told the services were available on plan for 3 months or for 150 prospects. I was careless for not reading the mail properly that stated that I would be made to talk to only five prospective boys. The personal manager arrange for calls only two people but in both cases, I was highly unsatisfied because before the talk both side were not provided with any information about the boy or girl. The information was provided later that when I sent a mail asking for it. I don’t know whether those contact persons were real or fake because both refuse to give their no’s when I said I will get back to them after going through the details of the boy. The executive called me twice but sent me many messages that I was not taking her call. She stopped contacting me when I contradicted that there was any call from her. The company has timings as per Indian offices. They expect us to take call at the midnight hours. I feel cheated for some thousand rupees as I became fool while dealing with this company. I won’t suggest anyone to take services of this company

I am still waiting for contact details.The girls told me to pay now and get 59 contact details.i paid a lot but still get nothing.The ids are fake,numbers are fake and these people are making others fool.and I am trying to talk and they are saying we are busy in meetings..omg.stay away from this.Dnt give any money.you will get nothing.God will punish them.

I was looking for Matrimonial Alliance for one of my Sibling & I logged on this site

They immediately  called me and shared the service with lots of promises including some 300+ profile matching for my Sibling

they almost forced me to sign up for services as it was a short term offer or free assistance service etc and I fell for it

its almost 2 months since I logged in as paid member but I have not got even a single profile matching my needs

I called the executive who sold me services and every time he assured me that filters at back end have been corrected and in 24 hours my mailbox will be filled with matches but nothing happened

in the mean time some lady called me(Supposed to be boss of the executive who sold me the lie) & said that since my activities are not frequent so they can offer me a personalized assistance at 15K per month who will help me which I refused and then she got angry and spent almost 15 min explaining me that why I should take this service, this made me believe they are just in money making business

I logged complaint on site several time in feedback and to my surprise they sent me a mail stating that some Mr. Anita had a word with me and my complaint is reslved when actually no one called me

finally after week this Ms. Anita called me and same story again that I will get proposals soon and even committed me that she will write a mail to me with all details - that mail is still awaited

this company is a bunch of cheaters and I am going to file case against them

I would request everyone not to TURN UP to Matrimonials India. They are the 100 % CHEATERS. They (Mahdu) were calling me every day in the office timings and BU(E)GGING to become the paid member. I was least interested to become the paid member. They also said that they hunderds of matching profile and they will be visible only for the paid members.

But after the payment, there is not even a single profile matching me. They are not even attending the call/replying to emails. I have tried reaching to several numbers, that she (madhu) used to reach me. Others picked the call and some are saying the she is ij meeting and some are saying that she is in leave.
