Ordered a saw online, a pop up advised if I order within 1 hr I can get same day delivery on the item. So I ordered after checking there was stock in Capalaba store.
2 hours later I get a call saying they have no stock and can't commit to a delivery date. Even 2 weeks away.
Cancelled order.

Have never bought from Trade Tools before, but went there to buy a Drill Press from their Archerfield branch. There service is excellent, will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you.

Purchased a Buckaroo Scaffolding hammer through this company and didn't receive and emails from them at all. I didn't even receive a tracking number for my order and my parcel is now lost until I am able to get a tracking number for my order. Lowsy customer service, even after informing the lady over the phone I had not received a tracking number and no emails with any information about my parcel still nothing. 0 out of 10 and I will definitely not be using this site again, I'm still trying to track down my parcel!
