While their method seems good in theory, the execution has been quite poor in my experience. Specifically, when I asked for visibility on key aspects of my career that they considered less relevant, they disregarded these points. Essentially, if they can't fit your experience into certain keywords, they shift focus elsewhere. I pointed this out to my writer, but she responded in an arrogant and patronizing manner.

This is a scam. The CV produced was blatantly created using ChatGPT or similar, riddled with spelling mistakes and full of things such as changing £ to $ when I am UK-based. As yet it has not been possible to get a refund either.

My experience was great because the process of creation of my new resume was done by a real person, with real attention to detail. The way it works is you fill out a questionnaire and upload your CV (tip: I made a single combo file with the four different version of my resume), then the next steps is your representative contacts you via email with different versions. You open the new version, add you comments with, say, pink text. And send back to your representative. It is that simple. Took me three versions and I am happy with the new TopCV resume.

Look, it cost 189 € for the TopCV resume and cover letter. And I first admit I am a good professional engineer, but only an amateur resume writer. So the resulting TopCV cover letter and resume will be worth the money.
