TopCV is extremely unprofessional and constantly fails on basics standards of delivering good customer service.
The CV writers assigned had to experience in writing good CV and failed to deliver a CV for the job description.
They also refused to refund me money after they failed on delivering the service and kept emails me back and forth instead simply refund me the money after I already picked another device provider to fulfil the service

I paid £197 for an "Executive Priority CV Writing Package" that turned out to be nothing like what was advertised. As a result, I had to rewrite the CV myself.

Waste of time and money.

You will receive a poorly written CV with spelling mistakes and clearly AI generated statements. Do not waste a second or a penny on TopCV. You will not recieve a product better than your own original.

They are highly unprofessional and will turn a blind eye once the funds reach them.

Contacting support@topcv does not help either. You will recieve a list of their brochure answers that do not address the issue at hand.

DO NOT DEAL WITH TOPCV.
