"5 years of service"

About 5 years ago, I bought a 5-year VPS with confidence. It was time to renew it and without any hesitation, I renewed it for another 5 years. It is definitely a very high-quality company. It should be known more.

"Scammers"

Scammers. Do not refund money for services not provided.

"No 7/24 Customer Support"

I ordered a new VPS but more than 6 hours later, the VPS still in pending status. I sent 3 messages to support team but still no answer. Worst customer support.


Edit: Staff did not request additional information after my order, he/she replied to this comment with "Additional information is required from you to verify your identity for new Customer orders." but after couple of minutes VPS is now activated even though i did not send any additional information.

"A bad experience turned positive."

Had some issues, but the support team was able to provide information to identify the cause of the issue. The cause was third party.

"Scam"

They scammed me. I bought and they didn't give me any details, And now after i e-mailed them, they banned my account entirely for no reason.
