Order placed 26.12.20, quick to take payment then issues with couriers due to COVID (okay can understand that) then they emailed with issues with Brexit import tax and wanting to pass on further charges (which didn't show at point of sale) agreed all that then waited....nothing......emailed them 4 times for update, no reply, can't get through on phone, order showing not shipped on website, now trying to cancel order as seen cheaper in UK - WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

As of yesterday 14th Jan the items finally arrived. I have also received an apology from Ekosport for the lack of updates and communication. Fair play at least the items arrived and in the spirit of being balanced with any feedback I feel its important to update this review.

A similar poor experience similar to everyone else. Ekosport very quick to take the payment and then nothing but a generic email (none reply) blaming Brexit.
Have just emailed them again for a specific update regarding my order. ......

-Email received a week after order saying that i now have to pay additional customs fees that were not stated when I placed the order blaming Brexit (we have a free trade deal and they have known Brexit has been coming for over a year!!!)
Shocking - I wish I had used a UK company and paid a little more.

UPDATED: Gillet finally arrived in mid Jan. all was ok. Not been charged excess customs fees so far...

Same as others - previously always excellent service from Ekosport but order £100 coat before xmas. DPD says it arrived but it did not (someone def at home) and now just cannot get hold of them and website contact does not work - suspect my article is with them still and nothing to do with DPD!

"What is Ekosport up to?"
Same experience as many others - ordered a pair of walking boots from what I thought was a UK-based operation, promised delivery within 3-4 days, money immediately taken by Ekosport, DPD tracking shows that the goods were sent out, but then, for some unexplained reason, returned to Ekosport (presumably at their request) - seemingly a way to obtain cash without sending out orders and tying customers up in desperately trying to find out what's going on - e-mail and phone contacts ignored. This seems to have happened to many disappointed customers. Wish I had read reviews before placing an order, they are clearly untrustworthy.
Update...
To be fair to Ekosport, I have now finally received a full refund. I had previously thought that blaming problems caused by Brexit for being unprepared to send out my order was a useful smokescreen, but given what is now happening with surcharges and delivery complications with orders from EU companies to UK customers, I'm now inclined to believe Ekosport. What an unnecessary mess!

Same issues as everyone else recently. Ordered an item that was returned to sender and now they are not responding to emails and there is no way to get in contact with them.
15/01/2020 update: Looks like they've probided an update on their site:
'Shipments to the UK have re-started. Note: the preparation delay for the orders may be of 6 to 7 working days (due to the preparation of the documents necessary for customs clearance and adjustment period). Thank you for your understanding !'

Same as others I ordered a jacket mid December, DPD said it had been returned to sender, no response from ekosport over £100 down, non existent customer service. Very frustrating....

Same problems as everyone else took my money then said they need £12 to ship so I’ve asked to be refunded 3 times over the course of 3 weeks now, have opened a dispute with PayPal. They have not replied to a single message.

"Non Delivery of Goods - please AVOID EKO"
EKO took my order, my money and set the delivery date - great. However they did not deliver the goods. The delivery was set to complete in the tracking. Since then they have not answered any queries. Having to raise a dispute through my credit card company.
