"Booked a deep clean for a house move - absolutely awful"

Booked a deep clean for a house move. She turned up late with another cleaner who was actually better than the owner.
Walked through the house and talked through what needed doing. Had to ask several times for a cupboard to be cleaned as dead insects in the top corner were missed (it seems a deep clean is the same as a normal ‘clean’). Had to ask for cobwebs to be cleared more than once. Had to ask for tea stains and stains to be cleaned off woodwork more than once. Turns out she was in a rush as wanted to get back for her flight and told me she wasn’t going to finish the clean. Offered me 10% to go there and then. I paid her to leave. Wish I hadn’t paid anything now. Still finding stains and cobwebs. This is obviously why she drives around in a white merc. Awful terrible service. She shouts at her staff as well. Avoid and don’t waste your money.
