Good Learning Environment. As a software engineer you will get good exposure of your skills if you are fresher . If you intend to give any contribution towords project nobody will stop you. Manager will give freedom to work what you want. The best thing is technology. You will get lot of stuff like production fixes , sprint releases,requirement gathering or you can give your own requirement also. Some requirements are very good which will increases your logical skills like hell.

One word I can say is If you work here you will become master in coding. You can get job anywhere easily.

Worst company and worst products.. I had very bad experience with Milmila as staff, I never got my salary till today. I have issued a legal notice also but didn't get any response.. And no respect in company for their employees.
