This worst place to go for a fast emergency loan and you can’t even get on a website to pay them or loan off if you wish to view the contract and terms etc… Not to mention they won’t respond to emails. On the phone forever or speak to someone with a horrible accent. Best one yet the to an automatic withdrawal earlier than you tell them too. I would highly recommend staying away from this business. What type of business has no website… Indians…

I can't log in and see my account...which I understand can be a technical difficulty but your portal has been undergoing updates since at least June of last year...according to your responses.

I’ve been having this loan for over a year and there’s no way to check my balance or account information. When you send an email they are no help. This is so inconveniencing!

"I do not understand how I cannot log in…"
I do not understand how I cannot log in to the customer service at all and I’ve tried calling twice on 2 different days and the wait times are horrendous. I’ve taken out loan through other companies before and it’s never been this hard to look in my account or talk to customer service on the phone. This is really frustrating and I do not know what I’m supposed to do if the keep on hold for a whole hour and I can’t log in.

been going to your customer service portal to login and check my account but there is no option to login and no I don't want to call your 1-800 number due to the long wait times and still they cant help me see my account on line. I should be able to see my account online to see the progress of my loan payments and all account information. The lack of your company not allowing you customers to see there active account and payments makes it look like your hiding important information and that could be looked upon being illegal activity, and with the lack of us being able to access our accounts with you to make sure no corruption is happening with ours accounts or banking accounts I will be checking to see if their is a legal way of stopping your payments until you allow me to access my account

"Website not working"
I can't even get on to the website to view my account. And I sent an email about this and was told to give them a call to address the issue. But twice I had called and both times was on hold for over 30 minutes before I just hung up. The call wait times are horrendous. I don't understand how it takes so long to update a website that should have been done a long time ago.

"I have a real problem with not being…"
I have a real problem with not being able to see my account online. There’s something wrong with not being able to view that kind of information. Seems like they could change it at any time without notice. I never got any sort of contract or information on payment amount, interest..and so forth.. I would like to pay it off but I will not do so until I have that information available online..not happy about it at all..

"Easy to work with"
They were easy to work with and the representatives we very pleasant everytime I called they even allowed a skipped payment would use them again. Only problem is i can never log in to the website, i have the login bookmarked and it comes up page not found, go to the website and there are no links there

Trying to log into the site to see payment schedule, manage my account etc. it won’t let you do it. I believe my payments are going to start to be deducted this week, but have no way to manage my account online.
