Rubbish shoes. Look great - not for the long term though. Broke after two wears. Cheaply made. Never again. Misleading brand.

Customer care responsiveness takes 3-4 days and the quality of response very poor. Tried to get some help with poor quality shoes and literally team were useless. So sad.

I had a terrible online shopping experience with this supposedly a designer brand. I ordered Aga with a size 39. They sent me a size 36, totally different style. This is a full price item, not a cheap pair of shoes, how could they be so careless?! I mailed the wrong shoes back last week with the return label they provided and up till now I have not gotten my refund. I shop online a lot and have never experienced such a terrible service. Even when I order from Taobao they won’t commit such a rookie mistake!

Excellent service from Joanna on behalf of this company. I had the good fortune to receive a pair of these fabulous shoes for Christmas but they didn’t fit. Joanna responded extremely quickly to my email requesting a return and then went on to locate and upload a link for me so that I could choose the shoes I’d originally wanted in a different size. All of this was done over the Christmas break. I’ve now ordered replacement shoes. Returning is easy as couriers collect the item from your address! Couldn’t be more satisfied. An exemplar for so many companies who struggle to provide even basic service. Highly recommended!
