Senior leadership lacks a clear strategic direction for the company, making decisions that appear to be influenced by their daily whims rather than a cohesive, long-term vision backed by data & metrics to support them. The whole organisation works on daily firefighting rather than building long term vision.

"We all liked the team and the results…"

We all liked the team and the results were great, and we're happy to work with Omdena again. The challenge was to create a common understanding on the needs, which were not so clear to us to start with, but we ended up with a solution that ticks the boxes that we need.

Other challenge was communication and our ability to follow the discussion around tech, next time we come with a stronger lead and understanding from our side as well.
