Customer service was excellent. Every employee I had contact with was professional and courteous. Easy pick up and easy return. The vehicle I rented was very clean and was easy to handle driving. The driver’s seat had great lumbar support.
I would definitely recommend renting from seven auto !

They made me pay for insurance that I didn't need. I would have gone elsewhere after I realized it but I was short on time. Total bait and switch. They need to be put out of business. Stay away!

Waited and finally got on the 3rd bus ( they are all full) after over an hour. They don't tell you they dont have their own buses.Then get hit with the insurance which was over double what we paid to rent when we have our own coverage already. Then the suv we paid for was turned into a corolla? Were waiting for the return fight. Please save alot of time and go elsewhere. It's not cheaper after the scam charges and way more headache!

"Hidden fees"

Hidden fees, they barely scan the car when you pick up to check for damage which makes you think they'll charge you for pre-existing damage. Don't book here, your quoted price will increase by hundreds of dollars

"Scam Alert"

I reserved a rental car at a very good price long in advance. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I was told my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card, which includes CDW, would not be accepted for CDW. They wanted to charge over USD 800,-- extra to the agreed rental amount. Future renters definitely be beware of this company.

They are totally scammers. They rented us a damaged car. left us on the road. nobody answered. we paid for insurance and then they charged us for damages that didn't exist. the manager is pushy. we received the worst service. it was a horrible experience. Don’t fall into their trap. They are a nightmare

"Forced into insurance"

Forced into insurance, would not recognize Full insurance taken out with Economy Bookings. Car provided was so old it was not worth it. Felt totally conned, avoid.
