The work was so substandard I asked Tower Heating to completely redo the entire installation. I'm extremely pleased with the result and Tower Heating could not have been more helpful and responsive. The work is first rate and the guys who did the reinstall are a credit to their organisation. I'm very grateful indeed. Highly recommended.

Put simply they were very professional. Excellent telephone manner, and very accommodating (my wife had to be out the house to pick up kids from school), so it was arranged to be finished by a certain time. Boiler service was quick and efficient. Spot on.
