My test was firstly not compatible with my locator form which I needed it for and secondly came too late for my second day arrival and I would appreciate it if u can send my money back … total Rip off as I had to order another one from a different firm
and that came the next day and had the correct information for my locator form !!!!!!

Very bad service failure - worst service ever in the UK. Ordered and paid £96 for tests but nothing was received. No email or phone calls feedback. Caused emotional trauma and frustration. Cannot recommend to anyone. Already requested for refund and waiting...

I ordered my day 2 and day 8 bundle on the 24th, January 2022 before my departure. But never received any booking confirmation on my email. Besides that the booking ref displayed after I made a payment was invalid for PLF. After so many inconveniences I managed to get to London and was hoping that my bundle would get here next day but nothing has arrived so far. It's now my 9th day. I called the Pure Health COVID centre 4 days ago. They apologized and promised me that I should receive it next day...well, nothing has reached my door. I'm a bit confused now as I self isolated for past 9 days.
