"Scammers? Still waiting for a refund for over a month"

I placed an order (3863) on 18 Dec. On 28 Dec I asked when it would be shipped and was advised the item was no longer available. I asked for a refund. Have now chased multiple times for the refund and was told on 5 Jan and 22 Jan that it had been processed. But no refund has been received. Are you a scam company - taking people’s money with no plans to fulfil their orders? Certainly feels like it given you still owe me GBP270 over a month after I placed the order.

Really like the cards and extras. However not all 10 languages were in the box. No English . No instructions how to play the cards. So left to the imagination which is not a problem. Still had fun looking through the cards and trying out positions.
