We were interested in some of Jordan Fishwick’s property listings and looking forward to register with them as potential cash buyer, suggested a date for us to come in to show proof of ID and yet they refused to book us in until they see the proof of fund for last 3 months. We have provided them our fixed deposit certificate with an UK bank dated 7 months ago and maturing in 5 months. And yet they still insisting that wasn’t sufficient. We have tried to explain a number of times, being a fixed deposit we don’t get monthly statement. We even provided them with proof of fund came from sale of our last property.

Unfortunately we have to forgo on those potential properties. Can’t imagine how hard it will get dealing with them in the future. Just can’t bring ourselves dealing with amateurs.

Sellers beware! They are driving away a lot of potential buyers from your properties!

We rented a house in Chorlton for 6 years and Jordan Fishwick were always reliable and professional, in particular Joely Brooks who looked after us in most cases. She was always quick to reply and got issues sorted where possible. We got our deposit back quickly and with no fuss which was suprising given the way these can all too often go. Id recomend the company and Joely in particular without hesitation. 10/10 service.
