I had a small issue when I transferred a domain, but they solved it fast. Even I wanted to let it go (was about a 2EUR difference) but they reopened the ticket and treated this tiny problem in a very profesional manner. Issue solved, excelent communication, fast answers, great support, customer satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Am avut nevoie de 3 servere dedicate și m-au ajutat. Ceea ce m-a bucurat a fost ca am avut serverele pregătite în aproximativ 3 ore. Promptitudine și profesionalism, așa as caracteriza echipa de suport.

Our experience with NAV was a good one because we had 3 colocated servers that needed management, and they made us a decent offer for all 3 servers. The support offered is professional and fast.

Avem patru servere colocate, și pe lângă faptul ca la al patrulea server ne-au făcut o super oferta, s-au și oferit sa ne ajute cu configurarea acestuia deoarece nu îi puteam da de cap la configurația RAID-ului, dovedindu-se într-un final ca era defect controller-ul RAID.

Am mai multe servicii de la NAV inclusiv domenii înregistrate prin ei. Suportul este ok, nu am avut probleme cu ei. Am sunat de mai multe ori și m-au ajutat de fiecare data. Am sunat și in weekend și am fost ajutat.

Cea mai proasta experienta pe care am avut-o vreodata cu un serviciu de acest gen. Oamenii care lucreaza acolo sunt degeaba. Mereu spun ca problema e de la mine. Nu fac nimic. Nu au vrut sa imi dea banii inapoi. Le-am dovedit ca au probleme si nimic.

Groaznic , efectiv neprofesionisti. Viteza de transfer slaba Cand am cerut rezilierea contractului nu au vrut sa ne mai dea banii inapoi.

"Never had so bad experience"
Basically there support is useless, they always pretend something wrong on my side, then on them.
Auto-deducted double payment from me and never extends service. Then they pretend never seen this payment, lucky PayPal support seen everything and refund back.
On the other side - servers are worst, partially working, having 2 hours daily downtime at average, they never can resolve any problem.

"Services are pathetic"
Services are pathetic, working hours the same, no support on weekends. Constant communication failure on FTP clients with no constructive feedback from them.
Also automations are an excuse for not paying attention to customers.
Moved here because of the quota they offer with the packages, but the rest is crap. They constant block user IP's because a few wrong sent emails, they always reply to tickets with evasive answers, not really worth it.
I'm going back to the previous company which was amazing, I only left for the storage, but it wasn't worth while.

Don't make me post the tickets ! I've complained about those problems all the time, but it doesn't really matter what you say, you're just not worth it !
