I've been a customer for a about 10 years. I've dealt with the occasional price increase, but a $100 dollar increase (100 count bottle) from my last order to this one? That's a 33% increase with no notice (as I said, a regular customer who relies on this like medicine). Whoa. It's cheaper now to order from one of the mainstream competitors you see all over the Internet. They're also regulated, so safer. You already changed the formula recently. You're (former) regular customers all know this. You went too far this time Stiff Days. Bad business move.

The product is very good. In this occasion I place and order on 12/4/2024 and was sent a message from the tracking number on 12/4/24. The post office still waiting on the package tried to contact customer service and no answer. It’s a good product.

Your product is great, but your customer service is horrible. Second, you take forever to ship customers' products to them, and you fail to communicate with your customers.
I am a 10-year customer who is getting fed up with the poor customer service. Please get your act together and get a legitimate phone line.

"Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Company"
I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but my recent experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a bottle of vitamins, which arrived sealed but empty. When I contacted customer service, they quickly responded and sent a replacement. However, they did not provide any tracking information and did not confirm with me before shipping the replacement since I had already went out of town.
As I mentioned in my initial communication to them, I am out of town until late July and will not be able to receive any packages. Despite explaining this, the company ignored my request for a refund and insisted on shipping the replacement immediately. They responded to my concerns with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, at one point telling me to "stop crying,” which is insane when you’ve paid over $300 for something.
In subsequent communications, they confirmed that a refund would not be issued and expected me to wait a month for the replacement(because that’s when I returned). This lack of flexibility and understanding is unacceptable, especially given the circumstances. They offered to send a smaller bottle to my current location, but this was not feasible as I am moving around a lot.
Overall, the customer service has been unsatisfactory, and the company's unwillingness to issue a refund is disappointing. I feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer. This experience has made me reconsider ever doing business with them again, which they clearly told me they didn’t care about either. I’m not going to stop filing these complaints until a refund issued and if not then I’ll definitely be filing a chargeback. Ridiculous.

I stopped being a customer a few years ago, due to shipping delays and nobody answering the phones. Recently I took a leap of faith and ordered again. I order on 4/23/24 and I just got it today 4/27/24, it only took 4 days to receive my pills, and the updates about my product were almost daily. I just took half a pill to test the product and an hour later I feel the effects, the product works!. Thanks STIFF DAYS, keep it up, you got a customer back.
