"I would avoid this company for non-uk based byers"

I ordered a pair of boots from this company I late august 2019. The ordering went smoothly and I received the boots according to schedule. However the boots had a flaw and I wanted to return them. Not a problem if I had lived in the uk, but I live in Denmark. Then the problems began and they said they would speak to management. They just didn't came back with an answer. So I had to write them several times. I even suggested keeping the boots and getting a partial refund. today on October 18 I finally got an answer that I could get a 30% refund on a 70 puonds item. I think it was a bit cheap considering the proces and the fact that shipping and replacing the item would cost them more than that.

I placed an order with this bunch of clowns on 23 AUG 2019 and had an order update from them about 1 hour after placing said order that it had been dispatched, they did not send me a tracking number with the update so today (28th AUG 2019) i emailed them to ask where my order was, they then sent an email that said my order had been cancelled and refunded. I then got an email saying that the order was out of stock, so if i had not contacted them today god only knows how long i would have to wait before they told my. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

Ordering a package from the other side of the earth is usually an expensive endeavour. This was not the case with MilitaryOps. I found an Item that was sold out everywhere and it turned up 10 workings day later for £6. Highly recommend this outfit!

Been trying to get my hands on the particular piece of kit for my daughter for a couple of months now, she is so small it has been an issue!! but I found the item Friday, placed the order Friday Morning and received perfectly today (Monday), will have a very happy Cadet when she finally has her warm jacket to wear with the rest of her MTP for Cadets tomorrow :)
