Heb al drie maal contact moeten hebben met de klantendienst en ben telkens voorbeeldig geholpen geweest. Ik vind dat dit mag gezegd worden.
Ben een tevreden Belgische klant.

ABSOLUTE THIEVES

Ordered Ski-shoes on discount and they delivered me an old model which was packed in the new model box. Not sure if this was done on purpose or accidentally, but it took them forever to get back to me and no compensation has yet been made.

They ruined my entire holiday, very disappointing!!!

Very bad experiance. I ordered a yellow coat from Germany. But I received one in gold. I contacted AS Adventure several times for a free return because it was their mistake. But finally they forced me to pay the return or keep it. I will never order at AS Adventure. Very bad customer support!!!

"They sell a tent with a big hole on the roof."

asadventure.com this site has sold such a faulty tent, which had big hole on a roof, without any notice. I have asked them if the tent was brand new and original condition, and they said yes, but it was untrue!!
Moreover, they continuously avoid to refund it.
Their final answer was that they can refund 50 euro (the tent was 335 euro) and they said I can buy a 'repair kit' to fix the hole by my self.
What the suck attitude it is.
