Bought a mat from them. Very happy.

I ordered 2 anti-fatigue mats for work based on the information and images shown on the website. When the mats arrived they would have been fine other than the fact that they had clearly been chopped off a roll and therefore did not gradually slope to meet the floor as it showed in the picture on the website. This was not suitable for my workplace as it is classed as a trip hazard.

I emailed and explained that I needed to return the product for a refund and was told how to do this. I had to pay £13 to send the product back, I emailed again and stated that this was not acceptable to me because the mat did not arrive as advertised which is what made it unsuitable. I was told that there was no problem with the mat therefore I had to pay the postage, I emailed back and forth explaining that there was a problem and it was falsely advertised and received an email that was blunt and bordering on rude stating that they could not help me further. I then asked to be put in touch with a complaints department and received no response. I emailed a second time requesting the same thing and have still not had a response.

The money is not really the issue it is more the principal, if I had made a mistake when ordering then I could understand but I did not receive the item as pictured which is why it was not suitable so why should I be out of pocket?!
