"Super cool"

I have lived in an apartment introduced and managed by Golden Eagle for the last 4 years and now heading to year 5. I want to offer a transparent/ actual experience based reference because as a woman these estate agents are simply super. I am single and the way they have communicated with me, listened to my feedback and most of all offered a safe place to live is really important. The Directors are open to discussion and I have always been treated with kindness. I know what they are like because I keep renewing the contract with the Directors who are super.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but they deserved it
I had a very bad experience, they will never respect any deal (no even a written one) and they will try to steal as much as possible from your deposit. If you are in process of rent, run away. If you are already take as much proof as possible or they will steal from you
I am forced to sue them to get my money back.
