Cannot give out zero stars..avoid appalling..Promise to call back and do not..Did not clean as promised expected.. told us they returned to rectify.. Will not return calls to answer how they got in the property to do so or a date...The ex landlady us asking ask to pay for the clean she had done after these individuals said they had cleaned...Heart attack induces, avoid .

Shocking service. Check-out report showed omissions, promised they'd rectify for the deposit return and I haven't been able to contact them since. AVOID.

I booked an end of tenancy service to start at 12:30pm. They notified me on the day around 12pm that they could not make the time and would delayed to 6pm - and they arrive 7pm!

I was expelled by the cleaner from the property for 'health and safty' reasons and to leave him 'focus on cleaning'. So I left the property and went back to check the result the other day as requested.

And I only saw a full property of mess. The result was not even domestic level - he did not even hoover the floor, I could see a lot of hair/dirt. Not to mention all the bits of surfaces that were not wiped. I phoned up the company and was asked to send email with pictures which I did. But like others' experience, they become unresponsive.

What was worse, the cleaner left the flat's door wide open despite I left him with the keys. Can anyone imagine how I felt when I saw it?

"Appalling cleaning service and customer service"

Booked this service to perform an end of tenancy clean. The clean was only performed to a domestic level. They then never turned up for the re-clean resulting in the letting agency having to perform an additional clean whose expenses we were liable for.

Do NOT use this company. Their cleaning service is below standard, they will not offer any refund, and they will not take accountability for their terrible service. Worst of all they will become UNCONTACTABLE if something goes wrong.

"I booked Cleaning Service UK for an end…"

I booked Cleaning Service UK for an end of tenancy clean. The cleaner turned up 4 hours late (despite them telling me on the phone that they "were on their way" and "close" when I repeatedly rang to find out were they were). The clean came back as domestic by the check out clerk (I sent the full report and photos to Cleaning Service on the same day), and there was photographic evidence of some of the areas that had not been cleaned to a good enough standard (e.g. grime in the soap holder in the bathroom). When I tried to book a re-clean (as they promised to do so in the original booking) they were difficult to get a hold of and rude on the phone.

As I had moved out and given my keys to the letting agent, I had asked if they could pick up the keys (a 2 min walk from the property) to conduct the re-clean. They did not get back to me and when I finally got through only 20 mins before the time the clean was scheduled for - the person I spoke to from Cleaning Service UK was angry and rude on the phone and said they would not collect the keys - so the re-clean could not go ahead.

We then booked a further re-clean for the following day at 2pm. They did not turn up. I had to email them to find out why this was - when they got back to me, they claimed they had been on their way, had seen a review on Trustpilot that they has assumed I'd left (I hadn't). Not only is it odd and wrong for them to do that, they decided not to do the re-clean as promised and did not let me, the client, know - I had to contact them.

My letting agent could not wait any longer as the new tenants needed to move in so the charge for a re-clean was taken from my deposit and Cleaning Service UK are refusing to give me a refund as "it is not in their policy", despite them not delivering the standard of clean they were paid to do in the first place, their bad customer service and their inability to conduct a re-clean as promised.

DO NOT use this company.

"TERRIBLE!"

Appalling customer service. Absolutely no level of professionalism. We acted on behalf of our landlord who privately instructed the cleaners. When inspecting the clean and taking photos they refused any liability. Property was left dirty, with the most basic tasks not carried out such as hoovering, sweeping.

When complaining the operative would not provide a name nor an email address for us to correspond with. Charged our landlord £600!!!

Overall a disgraceful company.

Most unhelpful & bad company you will come across. charged £600 for a professional clean including carpets APPARENTLY and the carpets are beyond filthy, there is no way on this planet they have been washed. When calling the company to ask if they will return to rectify the issues, all i got was abuse down the phone, a million and one excuses as to why it is how it is and then put the phone down on me.

If you want to get completely ripped off with your house left dirty then go ahead and use this company. Otherwise AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

"Don't Use This Company"

Deep end of tenancy clean- showed up extremely late before I had to hand in my keys at the end of my tenancy.

Asked for more money than originally quoted.

Told me I had to pay in cash and leave them alone in the house with the keys at 11pm (couldn't check the quality of the clean afterwards because it was so late).

"No contact, and didn’t even turn up."

Booked 2 weeks ago for today, started feeling dubious last week when he stopped replying to emails about what time he’s coming... I called, he told me to email him, no reply.

Called him this morning asking what time they were coming, and sure enough he tells me they are not coming today, as he has another booking instead.

Glad I didn’t part with any money, he’s properly left me high and dry.

Unprofessional. Waste of my time.
