Made a phone call was told what I needed to qualify. Submitted the paper work, spoke with an agent. Next thing money was wired to my account. The turn around was so fast. I really needed help and received it in time of my needs. Can't thank them enough. Great service.

"Lack of communication and Ignorance from some staff"

I've been dealing with Berj for awhile and he seems to know his job and has always been helpful, but as of late The Payment Center is not very friendly When you call, The have stated my bank returned a payment of NSF but never even processed it to begin with and now they took out a payment they should not of done. The communication with Argon, Berj, Payment Center and myself lacks something. I know I am not the only customer, and Berj has other things to do. but I don't know things go arye unless I log in and I should have to unless I was making another payment.

"Bad Review"

Argon customer service is very slow! I never talked with a live person! It was done all online using emails!
It took to many days to fund my loan partly because they said they never received my paper work which I had to resend then it took another 24 hrs before I was approved and another 24 before I was funded!
I do not like there setup way of approving and funding a loan.
I will not be using there service again once my loan is paid off!
I will not recommend them to my associates !
