"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TAFT Went Above and Beyond for a Loyal Customer"
I’ve been a longtime fan of TAFT, and after my recent experience, I can confidently say they’ve earned a customer for life.
I found myself in a tough situation after losing my home in the recent California Wildfires —and with it, my entire wardrobe, including nearly a dozen beloved pairs of TAFT shoes. When I reached out to see if there was any way they could help, their customer service team responded with professionalism, patience, and, most importantly, humanity.
Despite some initial hiccups and policy limitations, TAFT was willing to go off script to take care of a loyal customer in a unique circumstance. They listened, adapted, and ultimately worked with me to find a resolution that was both fair and incredibly generous. In an era where customer service can often feel robotic or impersonal, TAFT proved that they still value relationships with the people who wear their products.
Not only are their shoes beautifully designed and crafted, but their customer support team also embodies the same level of quality and care. If you’re considering TAFT, do it—you’ll not only be investing in great footwear but also in a company that truly stands by its customers.

"I bought a pair of Taft 365 Chelsea…"
I bought a pair of Taft 365 Chelsea boots to replace a well worn pair of Dragon boots. I loved those; great quality boots.
I expected the same from the new pair, but I was sorely disappointed. On the first day I wore them, the stitching on the elastic started unraveling in several spots. After 6 days, the soles started getting unglued at the tips. A couple of days later, one of the heels lost the rubber sole. I'll never buy from them. Their quality went from a ten to a 1

"Just buy the knock offs - Horrible customer service, shoes don't fit"
Bought $300 pair of boots... they were clearly smaller. They then attempted to gaslight me into believe one of my feet is larger than the other. Like my guy, I've worn shoes before.. Nonetheless they refused to exchange it, blocked me from commenting on their ads calling them out and well now you know!

I purchased shoes in my normal size and they did not fit properly. I have contacted customer service now seven times by email with zero response. I have $600 worth of shoes that I am being completely ghosted and only having responses from artificial intelligence.

"Ok boots, aggressive and terrible customer service"
The Rome boots I received were fine but did not fit me. Because the style I ordered did not come in half sizes and a good fit was unlikely, Taft said that I could exchange for a different style or return them for a refund. I went with the return/refund option with the idea that I would later order a boot from Taft. Trying to get a return/refund triggered the problems with Taft customer “support.” They had no problem arranging for the boots to be returned and I dropped them off at UPS the next day with no wear and in the original packaging. While my boots were still enroute back to Taft, I received a strange email that my return was rejected. They would not respond to my emails if I only asked about the return. Note, the phone number they listed was not in service. However, if I mentioned the possibility of an exchange, they replied quickly. In that email exchange, they again agreed to the return/refund. Although they received the boots I returned, they did not issue the refund and they again ghosted me. About a month later, with no notice, they shipped me another style of boots in a different size. I only learned about this because the UPS delivery site let me know that there was a package waiting for me. And of course, Taft has made no attempt to honor their agreement to refund my original purchase. I asked the UPS store to return the boots to Taft without opening or even touching the Taft box. Because of their customer service, notably ghosting me and refusing to refund me after getting their boots back, I want nothing to do with Taft products.

"I ordered a very nice pair of boots…"
I ordered a very nice pair of boots from Taft (I do not want to remove credit to where credit is due) and paid for express shipping. Unfortunately, shipping took longer than usual so I email customer support who immediately responded back and refunded the extra shipping charge.
Once the boots were received, I emailed the company to let them know about some scratches I discovered on a boot. The Taft team never got back to me. I proceeded to call several times not their customer service line that is posted on their website, and this has unfortunately been disconnected. I then proceeded to email and call again for the next couple days and I haven't received any word back from the Taft team. Not even acknowledgement on the receipt of my emails.
To summarize: I received really nice boots with a scratch on them, and the customer service team is consistently failing to advise on return steps.
My next steps will be to send this same message to the various social media presence they have online, and if this fails, to take it up with my credit card.
Online businesses cannot be run with subpar customer service. Given this experience, I do not want to do business with Taft again.

"Over two weeks to receive package and no way to reach customer service"
I have purchased from Taft four times and things have been great. Their products are gorgeous. This last purchase started as a disaster though. I placed the order on 11/29 and on 12/13 I still did not receive it. The SHOP app, which is the service they use to ship the product says "Ready to Ship", and "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item." It has said this since 11/30. USPS says that they have not received the product for shipping, just a shipping label request. I had sent TAFT four emails, tried calling on two different numbers that don't work, texted twice, and sent two messages through Instagram. I had gotten no response. Low and behold, the package shows up at my door today. I could not believe it. Clearly some kind of a shipping glitch, but the lack of response was inexcusable.

I ordered a size 9.5 and received a size 9. Shocker! It is a .5 size to small and I can't wear it. Their customer service phone number is fake and they won't respond in any way to an email. They do look nice but I would say proceed with caution....caveat emptor

"Sending wrong size seems to be their MO"
I would put zero stars but not an option. They sent me the wrong size. Now have been informed the sale is final and they won’t exchange them. Even though it was their mistake. It appears all that beautiful advertising is just a scam. Ruined my Christmas.
I’ll see if they exchange or refund me.
Their phone was disconnected, so I emailed and texted. So far nothing.
